Why is my order’s status “Pending”?

Orders with the “Pending” status are currently awaiting payment, and will be marked as paid after payment is received.

Currently, only orders that are created with the payment methods that are not immediately collected (Like Bitcoin and Money Order) will appear as “Pending”. Once payments are received, they will be set to the “Processing” status.

If you have sent payment and your order is still marked as Pending, please contact our customer support with your order number and proof of payment here.
